What should I expect in the group?

The course runs for two hours each week, over a period of 6 weeks. Groups will have a maximum of 8 parents and be run with 1 or 2 facilitators. You will be taught skills of “Emotion Coaching” and will be practicing these skills throughout the course. Have a look at our videos for more information.

You will get a chance to meet other parents in similar situations, share and learn in a safe and supportive environment.

Who facilitates the groups?

Each group is facilitated by fully trained “Tuning” accredited professionals. Groups are currently all run by Clinical Psychologists and Registered Psychologists.

What is the cost of the group?

The cost for groups vary on modality

Face to face groups are $600, or $1100 per couple.

Online groups are $450, or $800 per couple.

All groups are to be paid prior to commencement.

This includes 12 hours of group, the support of a trained professional, handouts and resources plus light refreshments each session.

Is this course Medicare Rebateable?

Unfortunately, this group is not currently able to attract Medicare rebates

Do my children come to groups?

No, this course is only for parents to attend.
